The Estate will be managed by its own Home Owners Association and a rental pool will be in operation for those wishing to rent out their villas during unoccupied periods.
Veranda Resorts has been appointed rental pool and facilities management company at Villas Valriche. Veranda Resorts owns and operates the two neighbouring 5* hotels (as well as several others) and their appointment means that Villas Valriche owners who wish to let out their villas can be confident in the knowledge that there is highly professional management company with extensive experience and strong international links looking after their interests.
Management of the Villas Valriche development is being handled through a joint venture between Espitalier Noel Limited (ENL) a Mauritian listed company and a major shareholder of the Rogers Group, and the international Secondlifestyle Group. The combined expertise of ENL and SLS will ensure that Villas Valriche achieves World Class status.
The Villas Valriche Estate is of low density build and will consist of 288 detached freehold villas on over 200 hectares of land (including the golf course), each designed in a Mauritian plantation style and mirroring many of the historic features of the Chateau. The plots vary in size from 700 m² to over 2000 m² and most will have uninterrupted panoramic golf and sea views.
Normally in a new residential development recreational facilities have to be created by the developer; at Villas Valriche much of these are already in place and operated to 5* standards.
Other facilities planned to enhance enjoyment will included a Health and Sporting club close to the Chateau, a resident's only Beach Club with all water sport activities and membership of the exclusive Golf du Chateau golf club. Restaurant and luxury spa facilities are available at the adjacent hotels and, in due course, Villas Valriche's own luxury spa is planned.
The Estate will be fully secured with limited access and state of the art communications.
Movement around the Estate and to the hotels and beach will be encouraged by golf cart, cycling or walking.
