Italian Travertine tiles are laid internally to the common living and bathroom areas villa, with non-slip Sandstone tiles on the veranda and pool terrace. Bedrooms are provided with quality soft woven floor finishes for comfort.

Heating is provided by the reverse cycle air conditioning unit and a gas fireplace with decorative logs in the reception room gives the ambience of a real wood-burining fire.

Floor-to-ceiling cyclone-resistant glass and aluminium patio doors provide open access to the patio. These are protected by solid teak sliding shutters providing natural ventilation to the internal areas.
